How sad.

As I’m sitting at my house without an internet connection (the USB cable to my phone is at my mom’s house and my Bluetooth dongle is MIA), I’m trying to clean it up a bit.
I’ve seen the first news report of someone I went to school with being arrested. I’ll say no names, but it’s pretty sad how she was on drugs (while pregnant, I might add) and assaulted a sheriff’s deputy. I saw her picture and everything on there. It’s weird… but I guess it’s a part of growing up. I don’t doubt that I’ll see more of that, and possibly even with people I knew better.

I know who you’re talking about, and she and I were good buddies back in 6th grade. Mom came into my room, shocked because we’d known her as this sweet girl from the bus stop we talked to on a daily basis, and then BAM, this happens. I think it’s comical, honestly. Well, except for the fact that she’s doing drugs while being six months pregnant. That right there’s fucked up.
