I passed out for a good 12 hours or so and was finally up at about 4:15 this afternoon. It’s like embedding a basketball into a wall, attaching it to your head via bungee cord, and then walking away from the wall. At one point or another, the ball will dislodge itself and hit you in the head, effectively rendering you unconscious. That’s the best analogy I can come up with. Anyway… yeah.

I’ve found that Dreamweaver and Fireworks 8 both work very well under Wine. I didn’t have to jump through any hoops, but rather run the installer. I took this time to do some updating of my web site and made a small change to my nameplate image. Who needs CS3?

I’m thinking about starting to do another podcast. I don’t know how far I’ll get, but I know I can’t host it on my own server here, or even ATCT. I was thinking of doing news commentary, something like Limbaugh and O’Reilly minus the political jingoism, propaganda, and personal agenda. Those guys, even though I hate them with a passion, have quite a drive to them that I can’t help but admire. I’ll give them that. Think the energy of these guys, with the unmitigated criticism of everything dealt by Maddox. There are a lot of things I’ve seen happening lately that I think are stupid beyond all reason. I’d like to tell the world about it. I’ll keep this idea on the burner.

In closing, I need to write a Pidgin plugin but I’ll keep quiet about why.
